Can I choose a different delivery address?
We will ship your order to the address of your choice. Please note, however, that your billing address must always be the same as the one linked to your company number or VAT number. During the ordering process you can indicate which alternative delivery address should be used.
Can I trace my order?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an e-mail and SMS in which you can find a 'Track & Trace' link. The link offers various tracking options and provides useful ways to stay informed about the current status, unexpected delays and finally the delivery of your shipment.
You can also use this link to provide an alternative address or have the package redirected to a UPS Access Point location or a UPS Customer Center.
We know you're on the move all the time. With the UPS Mobile App, you'll receive important shipment information anytime, wherever you are. Receive text messages about deliveries or status changes of packages on any device that can receive text messages. Visit UPS My Choice to view or even change the time or location of home parcel deliveries. Create shipments and either schedule a pickup or find the nearest UPS location. Anytime, anywhere, from your smartphone or tablet.

What if the delivery attempt fails?
If you are expecting a package, but missed the first delivery attempt, you have some options. The delivery person will let you know that we tried, but were unable to deliver your package.
Through the notification you can reorganize the delivery of your package. Just log in to ups.com and enter your UPS InfoNote number in the Tracking field on the ups.com home page or tracking page.
Both of these options allow you to request one of the following services:
- Pick up my package at a UPS location: Have your package delivered to a UPS location, such as a UPS Access Point location or a UPS Customer Center.
- Deliver my package to a different address: Have your package delivered to a different address if you're not at home.
- Deliver my package on a different day: Have your package delivered on a different day.
You can also choose to have UPS make another delivery attempt - they will do this up to three times. After the third delivery attempt, your package will be returned to us.
Can I choose a specific time of delivery for my order?
All orders are shipped with UPS or FedEx by default. Subsequent deliveries are sent by DPD.
The shipping cost is calculated dynamically, depending on the weight and size of the order. This cost can be found at the bottom of the shopping cart, so you know the extra costs before processing the order. Orders with a net value greater than 150 euros are shipped for free within the Benelux, France and Germany. All orders (if in stock) that are placed before 2 p.m. leave the same working day and are delivered the next working day in the Benelux. On the weekend there will be no delivery.
You then have the following options according to your delivery address:
- UPS Express (guaranteed the next working day before 12 noon)
- UPS Standard (delivery within 3 working days - free option)
- UPS Saver (guaranteed next working day before 6pm)
- FedEx (only shipments outside Benelux)
How does free delivery work?
Orders weighing less than 30 kg and with a net value of more than 150 euro are sent free of charge within the Benelux countries, France and Germany.
Can I pick up my order?
If you wish, you can pick up your order in our showroom.
Is the product in stock? Then you can reserve it and pick it up the same day.
Is the product currently out of stock at the time of order? Then you can pick it up as soon as we have it available, or we will send it to you as a back order. No shipping costs will be charged.
